Job Description
- Prepare MIS reports, Trial balance, P&L account, Balance sheet etc.
- Preparing schedule of fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses & other schedules.
- Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
- Booking daily transactions of sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, depreciation etc.
- Checking the sales & margin reports by products, customer etc.
- Collection of cash/cheque and arranging deposits.
- Preparation of Cash flow and monthly reconciliation of bank and intercompany current accounts.
- Reviewing customer ageing reports, reconciliation of vendor/customer accounts.
- Preparing VAT report and filing periodical VAT returns.
- Supervision of monthly physical stock count & reconciliation of stock variance.
