Preparing and serving products in the Butchery/Fish/Pork section as per standards of display, maintenance, and orderliness. Providing excellent direct and indirect customer service to customers at the Butchery section.

- Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats for sale.
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring accurate displays and signage are attractive.
- Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
- Keeping records, budgets, and inventory.
- Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
- Negotiating and confirming orders with suppliers.
- Greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, and accepting orders or payments.
- Achievement of section sales target.
- Preparation of standard-sized portions and cuts: trim, debone, ties, roast, mince marinate. Prepare meat products such as sausage, pies & burgers.
- Provide direct and indirect customer service to customers.
- Monitors stock level, ordering, receiving of stock, wastage, and shrinkage.
- Hygiene & Sanitation, good preparation practices
- Proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Any other store activity as assigned by the supervisor.
