Customer Care Representative (UAE Nationals)
To assist with picking of items and storing in the cart for online and home deliveries, attending and answering phone calls in the store, taking down online orders and coordinating with delivery drivers. Conduct periodic checks on safety and hygiene of the store.

Job Description
- Assist with picking of items as per the shopping list in the shortest time and most efficient manner
- Notifying the store manager, Assistant Store Manager and/or Customer Service Supervisor regrading shortage or unavailability of stocks if any
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and bike riders for deliveries
- Assist with receiving phone calls and delivery orders at the store
- Go on floor walk to ensure all products are stocked on shelves neatly
- Ensure Store is clean and inform the cleaners if the store is not clean
