Job Description

Key Dimensions and Related Job Results

To ensure product label assessments & barcode registrations through the Qatar Ministry of Public Health’s online portal to ensure compliance.
Maintains registration masters on a daily basis.
Maintains artworks and pictures database adequately.
Shares a regular status report to the immediate line manager and to the business.
Maintains documentation pertaining to the portfolio.
Makes online payments whenever required to assist Food Safety Officer.
To make Food safety walks in the warehouse whenever required
To do online import application of all imports once the online import application is activated by the Qatar Ministry of Public Health.
To publish regular QHSE bulletin to Supply Chain & Procurement Team for releasing/holding received import items and to ensure documentation related to the portfolio.
To do pet food registration & non-food registration with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health’s online portal once activated.
Supports Food Safety Officer with Vendor Quality Assurance documentation (VQA) whenever required.
