Internal Audit Manager

KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS:

• Monitor business activities to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Conduct surprise Divisional audits for store compliance.
• Perform surprise checks on vans to ensure operational compliance.
• Prepare and maintain an inventory count calendar for both retail and divisions.
• Monitor and coordinate monthly cyclic inventory counts.
• Address and implement MAP corrections based on requests from buyers or finance.
• Reconcile physical inventory variance reports.
• Participate in process implementations and provide recommendations for necessary changes.
• Prepare monthly Audit visit reports and submit them to the Head of Department (HOD).
• Develop and update Manuals/SOPs and conduct training sessions.
• Investigate various types of fraud cases and report findings to management for appropriate action.
