QHSE Executive - Imports

KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULT

• To apply online import consignments through Dubai Municipality Food Safety Department’s online portal. To share updates on a regular basis to Regulatory Affairs (RA) Controller.
• To closely liaise with Clearance Department via emails predominantly & Buyers from Commerce and Retail for import consignments.
• To apply for DIP vouchers through DM online portal for all consignments.
• Communicates with DIP Officers of DM FSD pertaining to DIP inspections and follow ups.
• Co-ordinates and communicates via email with all Buyers for import consignments. 
• Co-ordinates and communicates via email with Supply Chain, Commerce and Retail Team for import consignments. 
• Maintains documentation pertaining to the portfolio daily.
• Makes online DM FSD payments whenever required daily.
• To do daily and regular online imports follow ups of all imports through Dubai Municipality.
• To publish regular QHSE bulletin to Supply Chain, Procurement Team of both Retail, Commerce for releasing / holding received import items and to ensure documentation related to the portfolio.
• To prepare purchase orders, invoice tracking including timely dispatch of invoices to Finance Deira for prompt payments and maintains masters accordingly.
• Act as process champion of Manage Engine process of QHSE. Shares weekly and monthly reports of Manage Engine activities with RA Controller and HOD.
• Maintains Corporate Card payment master and track monthly HSBC statement promptly.
• To do pet food registration & non-food registration with Dubai Municipality whenever required.
• To ensure product label assessments & barcode registrations through Dubai Municipality Food Safety Department’s online portal to ensure compliance whenever required.
• To make hygiene walks in the warehouse whenever required.
• To perform any task coming under the scope of RA function responsibly and overall QHSE whenever required to support business promptly.
