Ensure availability, and visibility of products through effective merchandising and stock rotation and Provide direct as well as indirect customer service
Job Description
- Achievement of category sales target
- Ensuring availability by timely replenishment, return of damaged/non-moving products to DC and DSD vendors
- Maintain cleanliness and QHSE standards on shelves for FMCG/GM merchandise ensuring that good quality products reached to the customer
- Direct and Indirect customer service by maintaining proper displays, correct prices, and signage, if applicable
- Active involvement in in-store activities and any other store activity as delegated by the supervisor (Sales promotions, charity campaigns, inventory checks, etc.)
- Loading, unloading of goods, and maintaining back storage
- Avoiding expiry and ensuring timely action on short-expiry stock
- Any other store activity as delegated by the supervisor;
