Job Description
- Manage full Demand Planning cycle (monthly 300+ containers approx) for all the brands coming across 16 countries and maintaining the agreed inventory levels
- Actively engaging with 16 vendor supply chain dept. to ensure preponement / postponement of orders in accordance to the current inventory position and sales estimates.
- Monthly meeting with Sales team and suppliers related to stocks, sales and orders planning.
- Close interaction with sales team to review short dated products and liquidation plan thereof.
- Frequently highlights overstock and OOS contingency.
- Maintains imports and local sales cost structure for all divisions, all products.
- Negotiation with suppliers on demurrage and PHCL cost structure.
- Coordinating all copacking scope between vendors and copackers and TCS DC/EDP to ensure OTIF
- Shipping documents and payment controls for all the suppliers
- Providing and developing reports in Business Objects for management.
- Close interaction with QHSE clearing and logistics team to maintain smooth procurement function.
- Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Closely Supporting the GM to manage Leone export operations of Oman and Bahrain.
- Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels
